How do you estimate the possible biggest magnification of a portable USB microscope according to the parameters given by supplies?

From the above table we can conclude that the total magnifications for a normal USB portable hand held digital microscopes must be less than 500X. Though we can set a lower screen resolution or keep to click the “Zoom In (+)” to let your image cover a bigger area of screen, but it is no use for clear viewing microscopy.
